Safe bonding with our loved ones is a universal need
Happy relationships let us thrive and can protect our mental and physical wellbeing. A strong, balanced partnership between parents also gives your
children a solid basis for security and love, thus positively impacting
your extended environment.
On the other hand, fights with our significant other are painful and, if they go on for too long, can do serious damage to our health. We feel sad, lost, hopeless, angry, frustrated. It can impact our sleep, our energy level, our motivation to do anything.
The good news is: you are not alone! Many couples feel this way. It's perfectly normal that after time, you get stuck in your negative cycles of interaction, with seemingly no way out.
Let me help you find that way.
Every person and each couple are unique and we all have our own history that makes us who we are. There is no one-size-fits-all in couple therapy. I tailor my work with you for your individual needs.
I will act as your personal interpreter, helping you to understand each other better and to find a common language again.

How it works
First, we will schedule a free intro call. This will take around 20-30 minutes. You will have a chance to get to know me and briefly tell me the reason you reached out.
After that, if both sides feel ready to start working together, we will look for a time slot. Initially, I recommend to meet weekly to rapidly manifest new ways of interaction between the two of you. The interval of our sessions can gradually be lowered to bi-weekly at a later stage.
